At New Farm Organics, we produce a wide range of certified organic food, combining carefully planned seasonal crops with high-welfare livestock. Grown and reared in the Lincolnshire fens, our produce reflects generations of farming knowledge and a soil-first approach that prioritises long-term land health.
Everything we produce follows strict organic principles, supports biodiversity and soil structure, and is fully traceable at every stage — from individual fields and pastures through to harvest, packing and supply.
Organic Vegetables & Crops
Our crop production is centred around the natural UK growing season. We specialise in a core range of organic vegetables that deliver consistency, quality and reliability for trade supply, supported by additional seasonal lines when conditions allow.
Our main crops include brassicas such as broccoli, cauliflower, white and savoy cabbage, and Brussels sprouts, alongside root vegetables including carrots, beetroot, parsnips and swede. We also grow alliums such as onions, red onions, shallots and leeks, with further seasonal produce available throughout the year.
Each crop is planned in advance, harvested at peak condition and packed to specification. Weekly availability lists, forward programmes and full product specifications are available on request.
Organic Livestock
Alongside our crops, we run a carefully managed organic livestock enterprise that plays an important role in the wider farming system. Our herd consists of approximately 100 suckler cows and 3 bulls, reared to high welfare standards on organic pasture.
Calves are raised on the farm and sold through the Organic Livestock Marketing Company at around 25 months, with selected heifers retained to strengthen the breeding herd. The cattle graze our grassland, and their manure is returned to the fields, helping to enhance soil fertility, structure and long-term productivity.
This integrated approach allows us to produce high-quality, fully traceable organic meat while supporting a balanced and sustainable farming system.
