Field Camping

Woodland Camping

Pitch your tent amidst the tranquillity of our woodland camping area. Escape to a secret world beneath the trees. Our Woodland Camping lets you pitch your tent amongst the whispering leaves and reconnect with nature.

Glamping Pods

Prefer a touch of comfort? Our Camping Pods offer a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. These fully equipped pods provide a cosy haven ideal for couples, families, or small groups. We have three Classic Camping Pods, offering a delightful connection with nature. For those seeking extra luxury, our brand-new Deluxe En Suite Glamping Pods boasts en-suite facilities for the ultimate glamping experience.

Campsite FAQ’s

What size are the Woodland Camping pitches?

Our woodland camping pitches are a generous 8 meters long by 5 meters wide, providing ample space for your tent and outdoor furniture.

What about site safety?

For your safety, please remember:

  • Our campsite borders a working farm.
  • A public footpath runs alongside the farmyard, so please stay on the path.
  • Tractors have the right of way and may have limited visibility.
  • Avoid climbing on hay or straw bales.
Do I need to bring my own drinking water?

All water on site is safe and suitable for drinking.  You do not need to bring water with you.

Can I bring my own firewood?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own logs. However, please avoid collecting firewood from our woodland. This green wood burns poorly and provides a vital habitat for wildlife.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your camping pitch or glamping pod will be available for check-in from 2 pm on the day of your arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on your departure day.

Can I have a campfire?

Absolutely! Each pitch and pod comes with a designated campfire area. We offer large bags of logs with kindling and fire lighters for £6 each. One bag typically lasts 1-2 nights, depending on usage.

I want to book a camping pitch, can I bring my dog?

Absolutely! Well-behaved dogs are welcome in all of our camping pitches. Please be sure to review our doggy rules before your visit to ensure everyone has a comfortable stay.
